Return Policy
We stand behind the products that we sell.
If you're not happy with a purchase, please contact us within two weeks of
receiving your shipment to arrange a return for repair, store-credit, exchange
or refund*. Send an
email to us that details the reason for the return (please
include your Order Number, if available). We will reply with return
instructions within 48 hours (usually the same day that you send your email).
Note that many whistle makers (including
the makers of all the "High-end" whistles that we sell) will warranty their
whistles for well beyond the two weeks mentioned above - many are happy to
adjust their whistles even years after your purchase. In these cases,
feel free to contact us - we can either contact the maker for you, or give you
contact information so that you can work directly with the maker.
Do not attempt to
"tweak" a whistle yourself, unless you intend to keep it!
We cannot accept a whistle for return if it has been altered in any
way.
*A few notes
on our Return Policy:

We do reserve the right to amend our return
policy on a case by case basis if it appears that someone is using it as a way
to "play-test" multiple whistles before deciding which one(s) to keep,
including the possibility of charging a "restocking fee" of up to 20% on
non-defective returned whistles.
We also reserve the right to refuse future sales to a customer that we feel is
using us as a way to play-test multiple whistles.

Products must be returned in as-new
condition, with product packaging and/or mouthpiece wrappers (if any) also in new condition.
Note that if a whistle that had a mouthpiece wrapper is defective, it can of
course, be returned for replacement without the wrapper being in tact.

We cannot accept the return of CDs, cassettes
or videos if the packaging has been opened - we will of course, exchange
defective CDs, cassettes or videos for the same title.

Special Note about our
"Tweeked"
Clarke Whistles - we will be happy to adjust or replace our Tweeked
Clarkes for up to six months after purchase (as with other products, if a
Tweeked Clarke is to be returned for refund you would need to contact us
within two weeks of receiving the shipment). The warranty on our Tweeked
Clarkes is void if the customer in any way attempts to adjust the windway or
the sound-blade of the whistle themselves!
